As Jazeera Airways expanded their operations across multiple continents, they wanted a copywriting partner who would provide relevant content to speak to their passengers in their own languages. That’s where we stepped in. We developed creative content & translations for destination write-ups, in-flight announcements and radio scripts promoting new destinations.
When we partnered with Jazeera, we expanded the expert network at The Copy Shop — and started translating into Urdu, Hindi, Italian, French, Russian and other languages.

We created original content and creative localization for the curators of the Kuwait Yacht Show (KYS). In our initial meetings, we developed clear objectives with KYS’s stakeholders: increase client engagement online and drive ticket sales ahead of the 2-day event. We developed copy for a range of assets including social media, event leaflets and a microsite. Our team delivered
copy that was the perfect combination of engaging, educational, action-inducing, informative, and sharable.
Engagement increased along with participation and attendees, just like we had planned.

Global Identity reached out to us because they needed a fresh new way to communicate their brand to prospective clients. Our solution? Create a coffee-table book that reads like an anthology. We crafted the copy by selecting critical moments in Global Identity’s history to weave a narrative that was informative, meaningful, and evocative of the core values of the company: authenticity, hard work, and dedication.
This profile celebrated the past while at the same time looking to the future — forming an engaging part of GI’s client outreach and internal employee engagement.

We worked with GMI to articulate the vision behind some of their most creative projects. Working with the co-founders, we identified key themes in their work and crafted narratives that told the story behind each architectural feature in their most-loved projects, from hidden courtyard gardens to palatially-inspired water features.
These stories were then used for their their submissions for the A’Design Awards in 2019 — as a result, they bagged their first-ever awards win — twice.

We had the opportunity to work with Erada Business Incubator from the ground up. We were part of the creative team who created their brand identity - developing their name,* tone of voice, brand dictionary and content strategy.
During their pre-launch and launch campaigns, we developed all of the copy and localization for their communications including website content, email marketing, social media and press releases.

Pencilvent is locally-focused but keeps its eye on global trends. We worked with the cofounders and key stakeholders across the business to develop an updated tone-of-voice and used that to develop website content for all major work in their digital portfolio, plus all customer touch-points on the web, from the landing page to the ‘Contact Us’ section.
